Well, to be fair I haven't gotten fired for being like 10 minutes late to work but that was also a behavior I picked up from other workers.
So it's hard to say.
I was an amazing worker would I started but overtime my willingness to go above, and beyond has slowly declined.
Everything is based off of seniority rather than effort.
