If by chance you meant Scotch its a much harder to answer .... Typically something fairly peaty. Really anything off Islay. If I had to pick an absolut favorite I've ever drank, it was an 18 year old Coal Ila. Nom!
But as a day to day sipper you'll probably find something smoother in hand. A common go-to because of price point and findability is Talisker Storm.
Don't even get me started on Mezcal!
