Hopefully I will shake this depression that has fallen upon me for a few days now. My recent separation from my family has left me properly broken hearted. I think it’s the right decision and in the long run it’s for the best but I still wish I didn’t feel so utterly helpless. I’ve been taken from our £2m family home, through hospital and now in temporary accommodation with nothing. Had zero contact with my kids or ex after asking her if she’d had an affair with a work mate. Nothing but anger and hate. Whole thing has left me utterly devastated.
