Good morning. I have coffee and a lot of back pain. I didn't sleep very well because i couldn't get comfortable even with meds on board. This is just going to take time but I'm at the desperate point where I would please just like to not have a body. So today is probably going to be me just getting through it minute by minute, reading playing with dogs, and hanging out with my heated back massager.
