"content": "yes that was it ! there were various packages, but they tended to be either unmaintained, or severely under-documented (sometimes with examples that just didn't work! that's one of the most terrible sins of documentation)\n\nrust-nostr is great and i would use it for a rust project, in python i found it a bit circuitous with the ffi binding stuff\n\nwith stock pip websocket-client and secp256k1 modules what i wanted to do is ~30 lines, and it helped me learn how nostr worked internally too 😀 \n",
