I am really fond of my modified #cocktail recipe of "The Naked and Famous"
20ml (3/4oz) Aperol
20ml (3/4oz) Yellow Chartreuse
20ml (3/40z) mezcal
20ml (3/4oz) lime juice
I didn't have lime so I replaced lime with lemon. I also didn't have Yellow Chartreuse, so I used Suze instead.
This mix is good because there's a bit of sweetness from Aperol whereas the smokiness of mezcal and the earthy, herbal taste of Suze aren’t too pronounced. A rather refreshing drink.
