I get e-mails from Facebook telling me about friends/associates who have left comments on the pages of people/things that I neither know or follow.
I was thinking about how curious this was, until I realized the American preoccupation for getting ‘all up’ into other people’s business, was very much the model for Facebook’s panopticon.
