Sometimes I try to imagine what a neurodiversity centered school or workplace would look like. What assumptions need to be upended. What rules and social conventions need to be tossed out the window. And I'm not talking in some post-capitalist utopia, but what would be the best environment someone could design within the confines of our current society - like something a millionaire could build, but not requiring a whole nation to change.
