This documentary is the definitive case for a fake landing: well worth a watch.
But, I always thought the fact that they captured clear photos on film in outer space, with ink black backgrounds the easiest to prove lie. Even a couple seconds of radiation in outer space would obliterate the film they brought to shoot with.
