Sometimes the best recipes come from desperation and trying to please kids. This one I came up with a few weeks ago, and it's apparently a hit.
Deep fried cauliflower
Spice blend:
fennel
cumin
smokey paprika
black pepper
salt
turmeric
garlic powder
Mix together spices, mostly 1:1 (except salt, pepper, turmeric), but make it fennel heavy, maybe 2:1. Do it how you want.
Deep fry cauliflower in mouthful size pieces until nice and brown. Sprinkle over spice blend #cooking
