I just saw another "Anyone Can" post.
The first thought that jumps into my mind is - victim blaming.
There has to be a better term.
Maybe disability blaming.
Not everyone can... In this case, learn new (complicated tech) things - dementia, learning, retention, and memory disorders are far more common that those people think. In fact, I guarantee there is something they couldn't learn. They just don't know it.
