Finally gave in and sprayed some mild pesticide downstairs to hopefully eradicate the flies we’ve been plagued with. Deep cleaned everything again and so on. Left the pesticide overnight after cleaning but of course I’m paranoid that if I touch any surface I’ll keel over >.<
