Yes, I'd agree the mantra of 'affordable' housing while in one sense a welcome recognition that much housing is not, retains a unrealistic assumption about what 'affordable' is for many of those worse effected by our housing crisis.... that's why more social housing & some radical acton on the nexus of easy credit and house price inflation is really required
