All stocked up.

I do a LOT of note taking while evaluating coffee and espresso equipment.

And while I try to use my Samsung S9 tablet (with an excellent writing experience with the s-pen), I just feel more comfortable on writing pads with a standard pen or pencil.

I usually go through one legal pad every four or five machines reviewed, so this should last me about a year or so. ;)
