Woke up feeling like garbage due to the upper respiratory stuff we have been dealing with the last rwo weeks. In an effort to avoud the dr and an antibiotic, I started taking higher dose garlic every few hours. I feel well enough that I did some weight lifting and now will take the pup to walk. Might not be full bore but I will take some movement over none today!
