The President can say he'll sign my lily white ass if congress presents it to him. The bottom line is that generally, congress is chock full of incompetent idiots who have no interest in legislating. I'll bet they're not even in D.C. right now. Biden is a lame goose. This legislature was dead on arrival. It's a miracle he got anything accomplished at all.
