My policy is to only go to a doctor when I'm really not well, such as I am losing blood or I've broken something. A lot of these people clog the system with their bullshit like "Look at my wart" or "I'm just feeling less energy."
There aren't enough doctors and nurses and hospitals and that is all by design also to keep prices up for services and promote "scarcity".
