As a side note, from my perspective on the ground, the demands were reasonably clear: "Prosecute the people responsible for 2008, fund recovery not bailouts + austerity" and then this relatively simple message was severely muddled by the media. However, it's also easy for me as a participant to want to blame external factors! 😂
