That one is at 55 degrees. According to Michael Sull’s book The Art of Cursive Penmanship, that’s the appropriate slant for modern American cursive.
I don’t think it’s a hard and fast thing though. One of the delights of penmanship (in my experience) is how personal they can be to the individual. I’m still very amateur though, so maybe there’s a good reason for why it should be a certain angle?
