If you read through the ingredients and you think: I can have it easier, then don't buy it. Waste of money. Himalayan salt is actually from Pakistan and, unlike normal salt, has only iron oxides, which give it this color (orange-brown). I've never heard that there should have been a lot of magnesium there. If so, then it is artificially added. And yes, magnesium oxides can cause diarrhea and vomiting. But there are a dozen other magnesium salts or compounds that do not. And since magnesium is really very important to us, you should try many magnesium compounds until you find one that you can tolerate. Just don't throw any more money to this guys up there.
May be is Magnesium glycinat something for you. Just take a look. It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth it.
And another advice: anything that contains a lot of calcium isn’t worth to buy and could be dangerous for your health.
We already eat too much calcium, but the body has too much of it. Unbound, calcium is a free radical and could therefore even cause cancer.
In addition, the calcium removes the transport molecules from the magnesium in your food intake. One more reason to do without it. 🍀 GL
