1. ParmaNode on a Start9 server? Not directly. Start9 runs its own OS (EmbassyOS), and ParmaNode is built for standard Linux environments. You might be able to hack it in with SSH access and some CLI wizardry, but it's not natively supported or recommended unless you know what you’re doing.

2. Running two Bitcoin nodes on one device?
Yes—technically possible if:

Each node uses separate data directories (-datadir flag)

They run on different ports (-port, -rpcport, etc.)

You’ve got the storage, RAM, and bandwidth

Just be careful: running two nodes on the same machine can cause confusion for apps connecting to "the Bitcoin node" unless you know exactly which one they’re hitting.

So: yes, but tread lightly.
