We are staying at a resort in Puerto Vallarta (in Mexico in case if you don’t know..). This morning at breakfast we spotted a man, apparently was with his wife, wearing a t-shirt that has the words “Texas Law” in large font printed on the front.
What exactly is his point?
I rolled my eyes when I passed by him on our way out.
