Fell off the bread baking wagon for quite a while after a run of frustrating failures. I'd meant to ease back into things with some Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day baking, but the BF got me a sourdough starter from an artisanal bakery in Pasadena. After a rocky start and some bad math, I got a shokupan that didn't quite hit the rim of the pan, but looks pretty ok. I suppose I'm back in.
