I question commonly accepted truths and facts not because I want to disprove them, but because I’m curious why they are so easily accepted in the first place. Did the people who accept them actually think through to layer 1 to see if those before them got it right?
Asking questions is not the same as endorsing that argument - I’m simply asking the uncomfortable things to see if perhaps emotion has the best of us on that topic.
