So yah you got this sacred-ass document that outlines the rights and freedoms and so forth, and you know, you figure that maybe the person at the very top, that person has a duty to manage the thing in good faith, and there's a bunch of people saying "nah, one you get to the top you're a king again, it was always feudalism and we can't seem to maintain the show anymore."
