That's kinda funny. A lot of the times podcasts don't really distract you anyways since it's kinda running in the background of your mind. I'd be worried about people falling asleep or making some other mistake because they're just sitting there thinking deeply about something since they don't have music or whatever to keep them going.
Obviously you don't want people going too crazy with it but if you're doing more routine work it seems like you do better if you have music or something to keep you zoned in on the job and not what's going on with your home life and such.
