Happy Epiphany, producers!
It's the last day of Christmas season. The long and tedious march through the rest of this miserable winter begins next week. Looks like Easter is early this year, so hopefully it won't feel like an endless march towards spring, either.
Anyway, January is the carnivore month, so has anyone taken on that?
I thought I might start on Monday, and maybe extend it a bit further than just until the end of the month.
I don't do it as a lifestyle but I do it once in a while.
