Day 27/31 A quick bike session then Legs + Shoulders. #31days

Thought I would share something different today. I have a set of workouts I do that I review once a month but during the month this is how I decide what's next. It's a rolling counter that shows how many days have passed since I last hit that body group. I hit the ones with the most days that have recovered enough. Some muscle groups i can hit twice a week.
