Woah, I just had a positive customer service experience?!?! Our vacuum broke and I emailed Bissell describing the situation and letting them know when we bought it. They said: So sorry for the inconvenience, we'll ship you a new one right away. No run around, no hassle about boxing up the old one, nothing... I'm not even sure how to react. #customerservice
