I wonder how it could be applied to evaluating businesses/projects.
For example CrowdHealth is trying to obsolete Universal Healthcare meanwhile other projects try to do private arbitration to make state courts more obsolete.
I wonder if where it falls on the spectrum affects the project’s viability, strategies etc.
