If I favorite something, it's because I want to easily find it again. If I favorited everything every artist I follow posted, I wouldn't be able to find those pictures I really like again.
And for the record, I did favorite and boost the animation, because I really like it. But even so, like I said, most people don't boost or favorite anything, ever. They just browse.
