Another thing I thought of … the current Fold card is a debt card, so if you use it IRL and the vendor/scan pad lets you, run the payment as credit. I think that can affect whether or not it’s coded as signature or not.
There’s a waitlist for the upcoming Fold credit card, so it’ll be interesting to see if/how that changes things.
