The upside is that there are existing, robust communities of people dealing with all of those ailments who are ready to provide you with support and advice, guidance, doctors recommendations, self-help recommendations, everything from what you should do with your bed to what you should wear on your feet to help you to manage your symptoms and gain the best quality of life possible.
But you have to know where you belong, which is not in a useless catchall category of “people with long Covid.”
