If I were president, Musk would have been arrested already and assets seized. He is not a battlefield commander let alone in any elected position of authority. The moment he gave starlink to the Ukrainians he signed SpaceX up to be a private military contractor. And once you do that, you don't get to dictate terms or rules of engagement
