I'm not sure if other people do this, but sometimes when I'm working in Blender (or any other 3D app) I have a tendency to get caught up making everything super precise, just because I can - and it gets in the way of my creativity.
I have to remind myself: loosen up. Make it good enough. Don't spend time worrying about things that don't matter.
My work is always more fun - and turns out better, in my opinion - when I remember these things.
