Probably depends on the desired usecase. If people are using it to verify it's a legit business then it can be pretty basic - number, about us etc.

If it's meant to generate trade, then there's probably a risk of losing some %age to someone with a comparatively snazzy site (too much snazz is also bad though)

So I think the answer is: it needs to look attractive and have enough content to not feel like a quick fake.
