Today, US Surgeon General Murthy called for warning labels on social media à la tobacco, alcohol…which begs the question…would/should masto/fedi adhere to warning labeling should Congress heed Dr. Murthy’s call for warning label legislation? Or has it successfully “designed out” the harmful elements of social media (especially teens/youth) that a warning label cautions against?
