Well friends, my grilled “Mexican Chicken” passed the flavor test. I’ll post the recipe to Zap Cooking⚡️👨🏻‍🍳 (npub1xxd…kt7a) soon. Based the ingredients, it’s #carnivorediet approved. Has to taste a pepper even though it wasn’t meat. Not sure how bad a pepper counts against me, but had to try it. It looked too good not to sample. 🤙🏻
