From a place where I don't understand Affirmative Action how does any race make a difference? Is it that if someone applies of any race other than someone that is determined as white, that they get a place or is there some way of measuring?
I'm not saying that it's more effective to have the alternative; to outlaw discrimination of any kind but at the same time try and define diversity by measuring discriminatory factors because the latter part doesn't work.
I'd prefer anonymity.
