I forgot to check the article before boosting but I think the argument is:
1. that it gets in the way of adults looking at porn
2. that it might spread to social media (which has a lot of porn)
and 3. that it might embolden censors to expand their reach to other "harmful" things
They're not saying that "children need to explore their sexuality".
