I've seen some remarks about Larry Ellison and his AI surveillance state. And rightly so. A reminder: China has this already implemented, working and rolled out. Three strikes and you can't go on holiday or get a new credit card. The US has the tech capabilities to turn it on tomorrow, as do many others and all are continuously surveiling anything all the time by camera. Where this leads to? Ask the Uyghurs.
