If Khalil is a legitimate pro-Palestinian protester, a man of conscience just speaking out against injustice, he has that right. Calling for "divestment" from Israel, he has the right but it seems there's more to this story...., he blocked access by Jewish students to classes.
I believe Khalil should get due process, which separates America from Hamas-controlled Gaza.
