I would prefer them to transfer far more of the load onto broader/stronger shoulders... they're making decisions that favour big business over poor people a bit too regularly for my taste so far.
But you are right, they're not going to have many popular decisions to make for a while. On both the bright and the down side, their majority is so huge that they don't have to be popular right now.
