By the by, this is why I think explicitly anarchist critiques of capitalism are necessary. Capitalism is a system of hierarchies and power concentration, whereby capital holders are in a more powerful position. The flow of wealth is contextualized within that hierarchical system, but the hierarchies themselves are the bones of the structures, not the flow of capital. Those who have hierarchical power by other means can often turn it into capital.
