No there isnt. Nostr has a spam problem and will only get worse as more people join.
One solution is to require profiles to pay 3 Satoshi in order to follow others and be able to interact with that profile. That will be a basic defense against scammers and bots.
Allowing anyone to follow and interact with profiles by just clicking on the follow button enables bots and scammers to easily spam out profiles.
