Although I know this is the U.S....
But I have to believe the McMansions are going to flat line at some point... not enough population coming up - with finances to make that purchase of those high $$ homes.
Do folks in their 30's & 40's have interest in sinking that much money into a single location - when our society has become more mobile with workers willing to be remote from anywhere... ??
