A first impression taken on Somerset Satin so as to get a sense for how this 7.5 x 5 cm wood engraving is going. There's a bit of tidying up to do and yet a wee bit more thinking, but I'm quite pleased with the direction. The paper has a gentle texture and it does a lot of the work.
