The most important is the podcast selection. Faster speed is fine but only for certain narrators (ie Peter Schiff who talks really slow and seldom brings any new ideas) and only up to certain speed for me the sweet spot is about 1.1x speed. Schiff I can do at 1.2x or 1.25x.
