I just saw a video in which a prolific baker of sourdough bread heralded her new discovery: she can make sourdough loaves any size she wants them to be. This was accompanied by visuals of baking pans of individual serving size sourdough “loaves.” Or as the rest of the world knows them, bread rolls.
She had apparently never encountered a roll before. But has tens of thousands of people following her for baking content.
Social media was a mistake.
