I’m looking for examples of policies that companies can implement that actually benefit people in the LGBTQIA+ community. Next week I’m having a brainstorm with colleagues about this.
Our company already raises the progress pride flag in June so that is a good start, but I’m looking for something more substantial. An example we already thought of is parental leave when adopting a child.
I’m looking for ideas of policies, whether they have been implemented or not. It can be based on your own experience or a story you heard about or read on a website. I’m also interested in policies that sounded interesting and have been tried but didn’t really work out.
Boosts are welcome.
